About Us

GBL was established in 1993 and serves the Central Maryland area. We service a wide array of clients both professional builders and private land/home owners. Our team includes a registered architect,  professional engineer on retainer, and draftsmen. We specialize in designing new homes and the renovation, remodeling, expansion and  adaptive use of existing ones. With over 25 years of experience,  we  have developed close working relationships with multiple builders,  remodelers, and building contractors. A multi-discipline team is formed for each design and reflects the distinct needs of the client  and the unique character of the building.
